采用激光多普勒测速原理直接测量了透明旋流器内的流体径向速度分量。通过因次分析方法导出了径向速度雷诺数的经验公式。试验结果表明,Kelsall1952年提出的径向速度分布规律是不正确的。将Stokes定律和BBO方运用于固体颗粒的沉降过程,解释了旋流器内流体的径向速度分量对沉降过程的影响。
The laser radial velocity component in the transparent cyclone was measured directly by laser Doppler velocimetry. The empirical formula of radial velocity Reynolds number is derived through the factorial analysis method. The test results show that the distribution of the thresholds of the Kelsall quoted in 1952 is non-deterministic. The Stokes law and the BBO side are applied to the sedimentation process of the solid particles, and the influence of the radial velocity component of the fluid in the cyclone on the settlement process is explained.
