气动非金属膜片减压阀的可靠性不能满足重要气动系统的使用要求。气动先导式金属膜片减压阀解决了这一问题。该阀利用金属膜片的微小变形开启先导阀并设定压力 ,先导阀控制主阀开启 ,主阀输出反馈给金属膜片保持输出压力稳定在设定压力上。该阀研制完成并经 5年多的生产使用 ,各项技术指标达到设计要求。
Pneumatic non-metallic diaphragm valve reliability can not meet the important requirements of aerodynamic system. Pneumatic pilot-operated metal diaphragm pressure relief valve solves this problem. The valve utilizes the tiny deformation of the metal diaphragm to open the pilot valve and set the pressure. The pilot valve controls the main valve to open, and the main valve outputs feedback to the metal diaphragm to keep the output pressure stable at the set pressure. The valve developed and completed by more than 5 years of production and use of various technical indicators meet the design requirements.
