目的了解外环境中病原菌的变化趋势及病原分布特点,为制定预防措施提供参考依据。方法收集外环境(家畜、家禽粪便)标本,送实验室检验;利用SPSS软件对检测数据进行统计、分析。结果采集外环境标本204份。35份阳性外环境粪便标本中,2份志贺菌(5.71%)、12份O157(34.29%)、21份耶尔森氏菌(60%)。结论检出的阳性菌群中以耶尔森氏菌为主,初步揭示了登封市外环境中存在的流行病原菌谱。
Objective To understand the changing trend of pathogenic bacteria in outer environment and the distribution of pathogens, and to provide a reference for the formulation of preventive measures. Methods The samples of external environment (livestock and poultry excrement) were collected and sent to laboratory for testing. The test data were statistically analyzed with SPSS software. Results 204 environmental specimens were collected. Among 35 samples of positive external environment, 2 Shigella (5.71%), 12 O157 (34.29%) and 21 Yersinia (60%). Conclusion Yersinia was the main positive bacteria detected, which revealed the spectrum of the epidemic pathogen in the external environment of Dengfeng City.
