面对“价格战”和无休止的“挖墙角”我该怎么办

我是一家从事清洗剂、切削液以及化妆品原料生产和销售的小型工厂的业主,不知从什么时候开始,我发现市场上同类但不同品质的产品到处都是。我们是非常注重产品品质的工厂,所以我们兢兢业业、如履薄冰,不敢有半点掺假。但相对的,在价格上就没有什么优势,虽然也有一些老客户因为我的人品进而相信我的产品、始终保持着良好的合作关系,但更多的客户因为价格的原因舍弃了我们。更让人气愤的是,很多和我们竞争的工厂的业主原来都是在我们厂打工的,他们有些根本不懂技术,产品偷工减料,价格奇低,允诺客户赊账多期限又长,有些甚至从其他渠道买我们的产品兑水卖给我们的老客户,很多客户都没有觉察出来,有些即使有所觉察也被他们用回扣或红包搪塞过去。我的员工经常劝我也搞搞红包和回扣,但我个人始终认为那样是不道德的,那样等于是伙同他人从客户的兜里偷钱,间接增加了客户的生产成本。我经常因 I am a small factory that specializes in the manufacture and sale of cleaning agents, cutting fluids, and cosmetic ingredients.
