在国际减灾十年肇始的1990年之春,第三届全国灾害学学术会议于3月10日～3月13日在北京召开,这次学术会议是以《社会与灾害》为主题展开的。来自全国的近百名学者、专家,提交了90多篇论文。
In the spring of 1990, when the International Decade for Disaster Reduction was started, the 3rd National Conference on Disaster Science was held in Beijing from March 10 to March 13. The conference was devoted to “social and disaster”. Nearly 100 scholars and experts from across the country submitted more than 90 papers.
