为区别生前病变和死后变化,确定南美白对虾病理组织取材的有效时间,对南美白对虾组织自溶的规律进行了研究。分别于死后0,0.5,1,2,3 h和 4 h取材作常规组织学切片。在光学显微镜下观察,发现死后 2 h脑、触角腺以及肝胰腺的自溶较为明显,而其他器官在死后 4 h 仍未见明显的自溶现象。研究表明南美白对虾病理组织取材时间在死后2 h内为宜。
In order to distinguish the pathological changes before and after death, the effective time of drawing the pathological tissues of P. vannamei was determined and the autolysis law of P. vannamei tissues was studied. The specimens were harvested at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 h and 4 h after death respectively for routine histological sections. Under light microscope, it was found that the autolysis of brain, tentorium and hepatopancreas was obvious at 2 h after death, while no obvious autolysis occurred at 4 h after death. Studies have shown that P. vannamei pathological tissue drawing time within 2 h after death is appropriate.
