为了提高产品质量,节省能源,减少烧损,提高成材率,延长设备使用寿命,1981年我厂在年产12万吨的318车间的φ19.7米环形加热炉上采用了与重庆工业自动化仪表研究所协作研制的微处理机代替常规模拟仪表,实现了炉温自动控制,从而正确控制被加热钢锭从常温上升到1260℃。这一微计算机炉温控制装置是以国外生产的M6800微处理机为核心,配以国产的记录仪表、检测装置、变送装置和电动执行部件所组成,此外还配置了电传打字机制表。图1为这个装置的构成框图。

The microcomputer temperature control device is based on M6800 microprocessors manufactured abroad, together with domestic record instruments, testing devices, transmission devices and electric actuator components, in addition to the configuration of the teletypewriter tabulation. Figure 1 is a block diagram of the device.
