1984—1985年冬季,我们用感性品种TNI繁殖本地的褐稻虱种群,在温室中用水稻鉴别品种进行筛选,以鉴定生物型。筛选两次,每次三个重复,采用水稻标准评价规则(Standard eyaluation system for rice)记录各秧苗的受害情况。具有Bph_1抗性基因(抗生物型1和3)的品种Mudgo和IR_(26),对帕瓦尼普尔(Parwanipur)生物型敏感;具有bph_2抗性基因(抗生物物1和2,但感生物型3)的品种ASD7、CR94-13和IR36也对帕瓦尼普尔生物型敏感。帕瓦尼普尔褐稻虱种群不同于生物型1、生物型2或生物
In the winter of 1984-1985, we breed local populations of brown planthopper with the TNI, an inductive variety, and screen it with a rice identification variety in a greenhouse to identify biotypes. The screening was performed twice with three replicates each and the damage of each seedling was recorded using the Standard eyaluation system for rice. Mudgo and IR_ (26), which have the Bph_1 resistance genes (anti-biotypes 1 and 3), are susceptible to Parwanipur biotype; those with the bph_2 resistance genes (Antibiotics 1 and 2, Type 3), ASD7, CR94-13, and IR36, are also susceptible to the pampeline biotype. Pawani Puru Brown planthopper population is different from the biotype 1, biotype 2 or biological
