“21世纪什么最贵?人才!”在当前知识经济时代,人才资源已经成为企业最重要的资源之一,企业间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争。近年,随着煤炭企业发展放缓,新的转型升级对企业科学持续发展至关重要,各类新型的专业技术人才需求量不断增加。为了解决发展中人才这一瓶颈,不少大型煤炭企业从高校直接招生优秀毕业生,并提高了用人待遇标准,但是,还是有部分员工在进入企业不久后就离职。如何管理和调控大学生员工的压力、情绪以及心理健康,这已是摆在企业管理者面前一项重要课题。
