基于固体充填采煤垂直投放管道内固体物料颗粒的位移、速度、加速度方程,分析得到了固体物料的粒径与密度是影响其在垂直投放系统中运动规律的关键因素,并采用理论分析、MATLAB软件研究了2个关键因素对固体物料垂直下落的影响特征。研究表明,固体物料在垂直管路中做持续的变加速运动,固体物料的粒径、密度越大,则加速时间越长。因此,结合平煤十二矿实际工程条件,选用粒径不大于80 mm矸石投料,固体物料垂直投放系统投料过程中没有出现堵塞现象,并达到500 t/h的实际投放能力。
Based on the displacement, velocity and acceleration equations of the solid particles in the vertical pipeline of solid-filled coal mining, the particle size and density of the solid material are the key factors affecting the movement of the solid material in the vertical injection system. The theoretical analysis, MATLAB The software studied the impact of two key factors on the vertical drop of solid material. The research shows that the solid materials do continuous variable-speed movement in the vertical pipeline. The larger the solid material particle size and density, the longer the acceleration time. Therefore, in combination with the actual engineering conditions of Pingdingshan No.12 Mine, the granular material with a grain size of not more than 80 mm is used for feeding waste materials. There is no clogging phenomenon in the vertical material feeding system of the solid material and the actual discharge capacity reaches 500 t / h.
