为探索儿童注意障碍、多动综合征(ADHD)的客观诊断依据,我们记录并分析了36例ADHD 患儿在两种不同注意状态(主动注意和被动注意)视觉诱发电位(VEP)晚成分的变化。结果为正常组主动注意状态 P_3波出现率较被动注意状态高,主动一被动注意状态间 VEP 的 N_1-P_2波幅变异小,但轻、中、重之间 N_1-P_2波幅变异有区别且逐渐减小。观察证明,ADHD 患儿的主动注意力较正常儿差,VEP 晚成分检查可以作为 ADHD 诊断的客观指标。
In order to explore the objective diagnosis of ADHD in children, we recorded and analyzed the late components of visual evoked potential (VEP) in 36 children with ADHD under two different states of attention (active attention and passive attention) Variety. The results showed that the frequency of P_3 wave in active attention state was higher than that of passive attention state in normal group, while the variation of N_1-P_2 amplitude in VEP was smaller in active-passive attention state, but the variation of N_1-P_2 in light, middle and heavy was different small. Observation shows that children with ADHD than children with active attention difference, VEP late component test can be used as an objective indicator of the diagnosis of ADHD.
