以青海省柴达木地区目前栽培较广的“宁杞5号”为研究对象,研究滴灌施肥条件枸杞干物质积累、枸杞产量与氮磷钾含量、氮磷钾积累量的变化规律。结果表明:枸杞全生育期干物质累积量呈“S型”曲线变化,在盛果期至秋果期干物质积累达到最高峰,叶片在不同时期总干物质积累量中的比例在77.5%~6.64%变化。柴达木地区枸杞养分主要限制因子为氮,其次为钾和磷,且养分吸收高峰出现在8月下旬的盛果期。每生产100kg枸杞干果养分的需求量平均为N 11.2kg、P2O52.2kg、K2O 6.7kg。当年新生油条是氮、磷、钾养分的优先分配部位。
Taking “Ningqi 5” which is widely cultivated in Qaidam region of Qinghai Province as research object, the rule of dry matter accumulation of Lycium barbarum, the yield of Chinese wolfberry and the content of N, P, K and the accumulation of NPK in drip irrigation were studied. The results showed that the total dry matter accumulation of Lycium barbarum in the whole growth period was in the curve of “S-type”, and the dry matter accumulation reached its peak during the full-fruit stage and autumn-fall period. The proportion of total dry matter in different periods was 77.5 % ~ 6.64% change. The main limitation factor of Lycium barbarum in Qaidam area was nitrogen, followed by potassium and phosphorus, and the peak of nutrient absorption appeared in the full fruit period in late August. The production of 100kg medlar dried fruit nutrient demand averaged N 11.2kg, P2O52.2kg, K2O 6.7kg. New Year fried dough sticks is nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients in the distribution of priority sites.
