[目的]探讨同伴教育对社区慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人的影响。[方法]选取十堰市某社区慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人97例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组48例,对照组49例。两组病人均参与社区医务人员举办的健康教育和心理指导活动,试验组在上述基础上,再接受由社区同伴志愿者提供的指导服务,比较两组病人抑郁及生活质量评分情况。[结果]干预后,观察组病人抑郁发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]社区同伴教育能有效改善慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人的情绪状况及生活质量。
[Objective] To explore the influence of peer education on depressed patients with chronic heart failure in community. [Methods] Ninety-seven patients with chronic heart failure and depression in a community of Shiyan were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in observation group and 49 cases in control group. The two groups of patients participated in the health education and psychological guidance activities held by community health workers. Based on the above, the experimental group received the guidance service provided by the volunteers of the community, and compared the depression and quality of life scores of the two groups. [Results] The incidence of depression in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group after intervention (P <0.05), and the quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05 ). [Conclusion] Community peer education can effectively improve the emotional status and quality of life of depressed patients with chronic heart failure.
