为了探析井工煤矿受限辅运巷无轨胶轮车行驶过程中的扬尘分布规律,采用数值模拟方法构造三维模型对不同行驶速度和方向下车辆扬尘浓度分布进行了研究,分析了呼吸带高度车辆扬尘浓度分布受车速与行驶方向影响的规律。结果表明,无轨胶轮车的行驶增加了扬尘浓度并改变扬尘在呼吸带高度的分布趋势,加重非车辆行驶一侧的扬尘污染;扬尘浓度随车速呈近似直线增加关系;车辆逆风行驶比顺风行驶时的扬尘污染程度更大。
In order to investigate the distribution of dust in the process of the limited auxiliary carriageway trolley in Jinggong Coal Mine, three-dimensional model was constructed by numerical simulation to study the distribution of dust concentration in vehicles under different driving speeds and directions. The distribution of dust concentration is affected by the speed and driving direction. The results show that the driving of the trolley increases the dust concentration and changes the distribution of the dust in the height of the breathing belt, and increases the dust pollution on the non-vehicle side. The dust concentration increases with the vehicle speed linearly. The vehicle runs in the windward When the degree of dust pollution more.
