分析了镁基脱硫剂在钢水脱硫中的应用现状及发展前景,并从热力学角度探讨了镁基脱硫剂在钢水精炼中的脱硫能力。理论计算表明,钢水中单独使用金属镁脱硫剂脱硫效果不如在铁水中的脱硫效果;Mg+CaO、Mg+BaO复合脱硫剂的脱硫能力强于纯镁脱硫剂,可将钢水中的硫脱至10-6(质量分数)以下。镁基脱硫剂具有加入量少、处理过程钢水温降小等特点,适宜于无LF炉精炼设备的中小钢铁企业的深脱硫处理和一些特殊钢种的脱硫处理。
The application status and development prospect of magnesium-based desulfurizer in molten steel desulfurization were analyzed. Desulfurization capacity of magnesium-based desulfurizer in molten steel refining was discussed from the thermodynamic point of view. The theoretical calculation shows that the desulfurization effect of metal magnesium desulfurizer in molten steel is not as good as the desulfurization effect in hot metal. The desulfurization ability of Mg + CaO, Mg + BaO composite desulfurizer is stronger than that of pure magnesium desulfurizer, 10-6 (mass fraction) or less. Magnesium-based desulfurization agent with less addition, the process of reducing the temperature of molten steel, suitable for small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises without LF refining equipment, deep desulfurization and desulfurization of some special steel.
