设计一种理论方法来寻找优秀举重运动员赛季前个性化训练的有效方法和方式。利用现有的理论方法,对赛季前举重运动员的个性化训练模式管理进行研究和实际运用,结果显示,在基本结构单位中,训练过程的个性化管理是完善运动训练体系的一个重要因素。充分的估值、对应的方向以及结构负荷的控制有利于教学法影响因素的选取和定制的训练效果和动作的准确形成。赛季前设定的个性化训练管理模式的实现促进了举重运动员专门准备期的各项指标。实验组运动员(男、女)的血液动力学参数、脂过氧化反应、健康状态的主观评估、运动成绩和心情都产生了积极的变化。
To design a theoretical method to find effective ways and means of individual weight training for elite weightlifters before the season. The existing theoretical methods are used to research and actualize the personal training mode management of pre-season weightlifters. The results show that in the basic structural units, the individual management of the training process is an important factor to perfect the sports training system. Adequate valuation, the corresponding direction and the control of structural load are conducive to the selection of influencing factors of pedagogy and the precise formation of customized training effects and actions. The implementation of the personalized training management mode set before the season has promoted the indicators of the specialized preparation period of the weightlifters. The hemodynamic parameters, lipid peroxidation, subjective assessment of health status, athletic performance and mood of the athletes (male and female) in the experimental group all had positive changes.
