对厚2 mm的T2紫铜薄板进行真空电子束焊接,研究了不同扫描方式对焊缝表面成形、焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,在工作距离为300 mm、加速电压为60 kV、聚焦电流为502mA、焊接速度为800 mm/min和电子束流为27mA情况下,对比添加了扫描方式的焊接,发现焊接过程中加入三角波扫描时,不但可以得到成形良好的焊接接头,而且焊缝的显微硬度值和焊接接头的抗拉强度均得到了改善.焊接接头的平均抗拉强度为178.8 MPa,其中最高抗拉强度为母材的85%,伸长率最高可达母材的84.5%,焊缝熔合区较整个焊缝区来说最为薄弱.“,”Effects of scanning modes on welding surface forming,microstructure and mechanical properties of vacuum electron beam welding T2 copper sheet with 2 mm thick were investigated.The results reveal that at the fixed parameters,such as scanning distance of 300 mm,accelerating voltage of 60 kV,focusing current of 502 mA,welding speed of 800 mm/min and electron beam of 27 mA,the welding effects of welding joint with different scanning modes were analyzed comparatively.The results show that with adding triangle wave scanning,welded joints have the desirable forming quality,and hardness and tensile strength of the welding joint are improved,where the average tensile strength of welded joint reaches 178.8 MPa,and the maximum tensile strength can reach 85% of the base metal,meanwhile the elongation rate is 84.5% of the base metal.However,the strength and hardness of the welded fusion zone is the lowest.
