2月份,笔者曾就上海一些报纸一周内刊登的 招聘启事作过统计,发现限制女性应聘、侵犯妇女 劳动就业权利的约占四分之一。就连某些国家机关、国家事业团体和适合女性工作的单位也明确拒绝女性,这不能不令人费解甚至令人愤慨了。 其实,限制女性应聘、侵犯妇女劳动就业权利 不是一般的性别歧视,而是一种违法行为。
In February, I conducted a survey on job openings published in a week’s newspapers in Shanghai and found that about one-quarter of women’s jobs and women’s rights violations were violated. Even some state agencies, state institutions and women-friendly units explicitly rejected women, which can not be confusing or even outrageous. In fact, the restrictions on female candidates, violation of women’s labor rights is not a general gender discrimination, but a violation.
