根据裂缝参数优选结果,应用Frac PT裂缝延伸模拟软件,对砂量、液量、排量等加砂压裂施工参数进行优选,形成了新场沙溪庙组水平井分段压裂的优化施工参数。新沙X井水平井分段压裂工艺进行了4段共计145 m3的加砂压裂施工,4段加砂规模分别为35、19、41和50 m3。压后累计排液量593 m3,返排率53.35%,测试求产获无阻流量6.337 2×104m3/d,是压前射孔后产能(0.8×104m3/d)的7.9倍,是邻井直井单层压后平均产能(2.08×104m3/d)的3.05倍。
