介绍了二氧化钛薄膜在催化和亲水方面的特性,对已有结论作了客观分析比较后,肯定了二氧化钛薄膜催化作用的一个重要的前提条件是电子空穴的保持和有效的传输,到达催化分界面。并且二氧化钛薄膜亲水作用的另一个重要条件是吸附中心必须合理分布的观点。本文对二氧化钛薄膜的气敏和湿敏特性进行了简单介绍,指出了二氧化钛薄膜除了催化和亲水的应用外,在传感器领域也将占有重要的一席之地。
The catalytic and hydrophilic properties of titania films were introduced. After an objective analysis and comparison of the existing conclusions, it was confirmed that an important precondition for the photocatalytic activity of titania films is the retention of electron holes and effective transport to the catalytic sites interface. And titanium dioxide film hydrophilic another important condition is the adsorption center must be reasonable distribution point of view. In this paper, the gas-sensing and moisture-sensitive properties of titanium dioxide thin films are briefly introduced. It is pointed out that titanium dioxide films will play an important role in the field of sensors in addition to their catalytic and hydrophilic applications.
