以氧化锆为基的氧探头已普遍用于各种氧量测试中,其中一个重要用途,就是测量和控制热处理炉的气氛,从而实现炉气的自动控制,提高热处理工件的质量,并节约能量。然而,氧化锆探头在高温碳势气氛中工作时,其白金电极很易中毒(碳中毒)和挥发,变成粉末脱落,使氧探头无法继续工作,以至不能用于实际生产。因此,解决氧探头白金电极的碳中毒和挥发是氧探头能否实际应用的一个重要技术问题。
Oxygen probes based on zirconia have been used universally for various oxygen measurements. One of the important uses is to measure and control the atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace to achieve automatic control of the furnace gas, to improve the quality of heat treated workpieces and to save energy . However, when working in a high-temperature carbon potential atmosphere, the platinum electrode is easily poisoned (carbon poisoned) and volatilized, causing the powder to fall off, rendering the oxygen probe inoperable and unable to be used in actual production. Therefore, to solve the carbon probe platinum electrode oxygen poisoning and volatility is the practical application of oxygen probe is an important technical issue.
