给出了一种间接测量ＰＤＣ钻头切削齿位置参数的方法。可测量的位置参数有切削齿复合片的圆心坐标及负前角、侧偏角等。测量原理是在每个切削齿复合片圆周边缘上找３个点，测出其坐标值。这３个测点构成１个三角形，三角形对应的外接圆圆心就是复合片圆心，三角形所在平面的法线方向决定了切削齿的角度。最后介绍了测量坐标的简易装置和按测量结果进行计算的方法，并估计了测量误差。
A method to indirectly measure the position parameters of PDC bit cutting teeth is given. The measurable position parameters are the coordinates of the center of the compound of the cutting tooth and the negative anterior and lateral angles. The measuring principle is to find 3 points on the circumferential edge of each cutter tooth compound to measure its coordinate value. The three measuring points form a triangle. The center of the circumscribed circle corresponding to the triangle is the center of the composite piece. The normal direction of the plane where the triangle is located determines the angle of the cutting tooth. Finally, a simple device for measuring coordinates and the method of calculating the results according to the measurement results are introduced, and the measurement error is estimated.
