本文论述了超导谐振器在空间研究方面的可能应用。在10秒至1000秒的平均时间内,超导振荡器达到的频率稳定度比其它任何器件的稳定度都高。这种高稳定度是用品质因数高达10~(10)的固态铌谐振腔得到的。这种振荡器可直接用作时钟和频谱很纯的信号源。也可以用它来精确测量一些物理量以及完成基本常数、相对论和引力波的各种实验。
This article discusses the possible applications of superconducting resonators in space research. Over the mean time of 10 seconds to 1000 seconds, superconducting oscillators achieve higher frequency stability than any other device. This high stability is obtained with solid state niobium resonators with quality factors of up to 10 ~ (10). This oscillator can be directly used as a very pure clock and signal source. It can also be used to accurately measure some of the physical quantities and to perform various experiments on basic constants, relativistic and gravitational waves.
