研究了感应淬火对汽车半轴疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:在表面硬度相同的情况下,感应淬火比常规调质的半轴具有更高的疲劳寿命。在感应淬火后,随着回火温度从180℃升高300℃,感应回火后的疲劳断裂循环次数先增加后降低,而空气炉回火后的半轴疲劳循环次数单调下降。当感应淬火频率在2000~10000 Hz变化时,疲劳断裂循环次数随感应频率的增加而下降。
The influence of induction hardening on fatigue life of semi-axle of automobile was studied. The results show that induction quenching has higher fatigue life than that of the conventional quenched half shaft under the same surface hardness. After induction quenching, as the tempering temperature increased from 180 ℃ to 300 ℃, the number of fatigue fracture cycles after induction tempering first increased and then decreased, while the number of half-shaft fatigue cycles after tempering in air furnace decreased monotonically. When the induction quenching frequency varies from 2000 to 10000 Hz, the number of fatigue fracture cycles decreases with increasing induction frequency.
