剑桥大学人类学家AlanMacfarlane与Iris Macfarlane合著的《绿色黄金:茶叶帝国》(Green Gold:The Empier of Tea)便属于第三种。
Summarizing the tea books, it seems to me that there are three main directions in our conception: first, seeking a blog, shuttling through time and space, trying to show the context and the whole picture of the development of tea, and making major contributions such as the “Tea Book” and “General History of Tea Industry” The second is to seek specialization, tea, tea ceremony, tea, tea tasting all in this column; Third is to seek accessibility, though is to write tea, its meaning is to explain the world. Green Tea: The Empire of Tea, a collaboration between anthropologist Alan Macfarlane of Cambridge University and Iris Macfarlane, is the third.
