生长抑素对人肝癌细胞株BEL-7402血管内皮生长因子表达与合成的影响

【摘要】

：

研究表明生长抑素可以抑制肿瘤细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的释放[1-3],其机制涉及多种受体后信号传导途径[4,5],本实验以体外培养的人肝癌BEL-7402细胞株为研究对象,观察生长抑素类似物奥曲肽对肝癌细胞VEGF表达与合成的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。
