为了提高长焦距空间光学遥感器主支撑结构的刚度,实现结构的轻量化,分析了几种常用的空间支撑结构材料,并结合三反离轴光学系统的特点,用有限元分析软件MSC.PATRAN建立了几种不同支撑结构的有限元模型。对其进行了模态分析,并对支撑结构在温度场和重力场影响下的变化进行了研究,从而对实际工程中光学遥感器结构的材料及构型选择提供了参考,对大型离轴三反空间光学遥感器主支撑结构的设计具有一定指导意义。
In order to improve the stiffness of the main support structure of optical telemetry with long focal length and to realize the lightweight structure, several commonly used spatial support structure materials were analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the three anti-axis optical system, finite element analysis software MSC.PATRAN Several finite element models of different support structures have been established. The modal analysis is carried out and the change of the support structure under the influence of the temperature field and the gravitational field is studied. It provides a reference for the material and configuration selection of the optical remote sensor structure in practical engineering. The design of the main support structure of the anti-space optical remote sensor has some guiding significance.
