采用文献资料法、调查法、综合分析法对现阶段我国新课程背景下的体育与健康课程进行分析,针对青海高校体育专业教学课程及课程体系等问题进行思考,旨在正确地理解与把握体育与健康课程改革的因素,新课程教育理论、思想观念、教学手段等,以全面提高体育教学质量,更明确地把体育课程和教学的终极目标转到终身体育上。研究结果表明:高校体育教师应转变教育观念,提高认识;正确理解体育教师角色与学生地位的转变;掌握教与学评价体系的转变,加强教师自身综合素质的拓变;协调专业教育与基础教育之间的关系;不断顺应社会的变化发展和学生的需求;强调体育理论联系实践,重在实践能力培养;信息反馈及时、有效,重在适时调整培养方案和课程计划,方能使青海高校体育专业在体育教学路上赢得可持续发展的良好前景。
This article analyzes the physical education and health curriculum under the new curriculum background of our country in the present stage by using the methods of literature, survey and comprehensive analysis. It aims at the problems such as the teaching curriculum and curriculum system of physical education specialty in Qinghai University. It aims to correctly understand and grasp the sports And health curriculum reform factors, the new curriculum education theory, ideological concepts, teaching methods, in order to improve the quality of physical education, more specifically the physical education curriculum and teaching the ultimate goal of life-long sports. The results show that college PE teachers should change their concepts of education and raise awareness; correctly understand the change of PE teachers’ roles and student status; master the transformation of teaching and learning evaluation system; enhance their own comprehensive quality; and coordinate professional education with basic education The relationship between continuous compliance with social changes and development and the needs of students; emphasizing the practice of physical education theory, focusing on practical ability training; information feedback timely and effective, focusing on timely adjustment of training programs and curriculum programs in order to make college sports in Qinghai Professional sports education in the road to win the sustainable development of good prospects.
