运用Polyflow软件对微孔塑料连续挤出成型中的销钉螺杆进行三维瞬态模拟,分别研究3种销钉螺杆在不同CO2浓度、不同流量及不同温度下的混合指数分布情况,得出了在低浓度、低流量、较高温度下,销钉螺杆对混合物料的混合能力最强,为今后在微孔塑料连续挤出成型实验提供理论依据。
Polyflow software was used to simulate the three-dimensional transient simulation of the pin screw in the continuous extrusion of microporous plastics. The mixed exponential distributions of the three kinds of pin screws at different CO2 concentrations, different flow rates and different temperatures were studied. Under the conditions of low flow rate and high temperature, the pin screw has the strongest mixing ability for the mixed materials, which provides the theoretical basis for the continuous extrusion molding experiments of the microporous plastics in the future.
