通过采用延长培养时间和亚抑菌浓度抗生素的作用,使幽门螺杆菌(Hp)发生球形变异。电镜下观察球形Hp结构,并对球形Hp进行尿素酶活性测定和Hep-2细胞粘附试验,电镜下计算粘附率、粘附指数、侵袭率、侵袭指数。结果表明球形Hp具有完整的细胞壁,它不是L型细菌,尿素酶活性降低或消失,细胞粘附能力减弱,侵袭力与正常Hp无差异。以上两种方法诱变产生的球形Hp对细胞的粘附能力无差异。
Spherical variation of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) occurred by prolonging the incubation time and the antibiotic concentration of sub-bacteriostasis. The structure of spherical Hp was observed under electron microscope. The urealytic activity of Hp was measured and Hep-2 cell adhesion test was performed. The adhesion rate, adhesion index, invasion rate and invasion index were calculated by electron microscopy. The results showed that spherical Hp has a complete cell wall, it is not L-type bacteria, urease activity decreased or disappeared, cell adhesion decreased, invasion and normal Hp no difference. The spherical Hp generated by the above two methods had no difference in cell adhesion ability.
