对贵州红、黄壤地区不同肥力的水稻土氨基酸的组成、含量、产生速率及其对供氮能力的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明该区水稻土氨基酸组成以中性氨基酸为主,其次是酸性氨基酸,而碱性氨基酸含量最低。谷氨酸胺酶、天门冬酰胺酶和蛋白酶的活性可作为水稻土中氨基酸产生速率的量度。水稻土中氨基酸态氮占全氮的34.2—42.9%,氨基酸氮是水稻土有效氮的主要供源。
Amino acid composition, content, production rate and its effect on nitrogen supplying capacity of paddy soils with different fertility in Guizhou red and yellow soil regions were studied. The results showed that the amino acid composition of paddy soil in this area was mainly neutral amino acids, followed by acidic amino acids, while the content of basic amino acids was the lowest. The activity of glutaminase, asparaginase and protease can be used as a measure of the rate of amino acid production in paddy soil. Amino acid nitrogen in paddy soil accounted for 34.2-42.9% of total nitrogen. Amino acid nitrogen was the main source of available nitrogen in paddy soil.
