1981—1983年,我们在北京地区就呋喃丹对夏大豆的影响进行了试验研究,通过试验初步看出,由于杀虫剂呋喃丹能抑制吲哚乙酸氧化酶降解作用,从而增加大豆体内吲哚乙酸的含量,因而促进了大豆植株的生长。株高、单株叶面积,地上干鲜重和根瘤的数量及重量均明显增加。三年平均结果,呋喃丹处理的大豆较对照增产9.5%。呋喃丹+B15处理的较对照增产15.6%,比只接种 B15的增产10%左右。呋喃丹处理的大豆籽粒蛋白质含量增加0.89-1.96%,各种氨基酸总量增加2.56-3.37%。
In 1981-1983, we conducted an experimental study on the effect of carbofuran on summer soybean in Beijing. The preliminary results showed that due to the insecticide carbofuran can inhibit the degradation of indoleacetic acid oxidase, thereby increasing the indole Acetic acid content, thus promoting the growth of soybean plants. Plant height, leaf area per plant, fresh weight on the ground and the number and weight of nodules were significantly increased. Three-year average results, carbofuran-treated soybean yield 9.5% more than the control. Carbofuran + B15 treatment increased the yield by 15.6% compared with the control, and increased by about 10% than that of B15 alone. Carbofuran treated soybean grain protein content increased 0.89-1.96%, the total amount of various amino acids increased 2.56-3.37%.
