大蒜包括各种葱类,是我国乃至全世界广为食用的植物,中美联合考察组(1989)对我国山东临朐县的胃癌发病与葱蒜类食物摄入间关系研究的结果表明:常食用葱蒜类食物患胃癌的危险性,比少食或不食者降低约60%。在我国北方、美国乔治亚州和夏威夷、希肭等地,均有食用葱蒜降低癌症发生和预防其他类疾病的报道。
Garlic, including all kinds of green onions, is widely edible plants in China and the world. The Sino-U.S. Joint Inspection Team (1989) conducted a study on the relationship between the incidence of gastric cancer and onions and garlic intake in Lintao County, Shandong Province, China. Onion garlic food risk of gastric cancer than those who eat less or less about 60% reduction. In northern China, the United States Georgia and Hawaii, Xi Luo and other places, have onions and garlic reduce cancer incidence and prevention of other diseases reported.
