本文对四川越西县和喜德县产的光菇子进行提取、分离及化学、紫外和红外光谱等分析,其秋水仙碱收得率分别为0.33%和0.09%。这为开发和利用资源提供了科学的依据。
In this paper, the extraction, separation and analysis of chemical, ultraviolet and infrared spectra of the light mushroom produced in Yuexi County and Xiedi County in Sichuan Province yielded colchicine recoveries of 0.33% and 0.09%, respectively. This provides a scientific basis for the development and use of resources.
