运用Recur Dyn建立了多绳摩擦式矿井提升系统刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,运用控制变量法分别讨论了最大运行速度和提升载荷等参数对恒减速制动过程中系统动力学特性的影响;结果表明,制动开始时,提升侧和下放侧钢丝绳张力有突变,重载下放侧钢丝绳张力波动频率比提升侧低;最大运行速度对钢丝绳张力影响不大,提升载荷对钢丝绳张力有较大的影响。
Recur Dyn was used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of multi-rope frictional mine hoist system. The influence of parameters such as maximum speed and hoisting load on the system dynamics during constant deceleration braking was discussed by using control variables. Results It shows that when the braking starts, the tension of the wire rope on the lifting side and the dropping side changes suddenly, and the tension fluctuation frequency of the wire rope on the lowering side is lower than that on the lifting side. The maximum running speed has little effect on the wire rope tension and the lifting load has a greater influence on the wire rope tension .
