[目的]了解莱阳市一次性使用卫生用品卫生质量状况,为监督和管理提供可靠依据。[方法]2009年3月至2011年8月,对莱阳市5家大型商场、6家超市、8家商品批发部、196家农村商店销售的一次性卫生用品进行抽样检测。[结果]2009～2011年合计检测样品1 061份,合格975份,合格率为91.89%。样品合格率,2009～2011年分别为91.43%、93.58%、90.57%(P<0.05);纸巾为96.62%、湿巾为89.92%、一次性口罩为93.68%、妇女经期卫生用品为89.70%、尿布等排泄物卫生用品为95.80%(P<0.05)。微生物指标合格率,金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%,菌落总数、大肠菌群、真菌分别为93.12%、99.25%、99.34%。[结论]莱阳市市场上一次性使用卫生用品卫生状况较好。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic quality of disposable hygiene products in Laiyang and to provide a reliable basis for supervision and management. [Method] From March 2009 to August 2011, samples were collected from five large shopping malls, six supermarkets and eight wholesale outlets in Laiyang City, and disposable hygiene products sold in 196 rural shops. [Result] A total of 1 061 samples were tested from 2009 to 2011, with 975 passes, with a pass rate of 91.89%. The passing rate of samples was 91.43%, 93.58% and 90.57% respectively from 2009 to 2011 (P <0.05); the paper towel was 96.62%, the wet wipes was 89.92%, the disposable mask was 93.68%, the women’s menstrual hygiene products was 89.70% Diapers and other fecal hygiene products was 95.80% (P <0.05). The passing rate of microbial indicators, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, hemolytic streptococcus pass rate was 100.00%, the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, fungi were 93.12%, 99.25%, 99.34%. [Conclusion] The hygienic condition of disposable hygiene products in the market of Laiyang City is good.
