湘皮1号(原编号“系84-2”)是我院麦类研究室吕敬先副教授等从沪麦4号选得的变异株,经系统选育而成的大麦新品种。1991年3月经湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过,并命名为“湘皮1号”,它是我省自育的第一个大麦新品种。该品种系二棱皮大麦,宜于啤饲兼用。全生育期175d,株高86cm左右,幼苗浓绿,直立,生长势和分蘖力强,株形紧凑,生长整齐,熟相好,黄丝亮秆。穗长6cm,长芒,每穗25粒左右,籽粒淡黄色,纺锤形,表面皱较细,饱满均匀,千粒重36～40g,粒重稳定性 Xiangpi No. 1 (formerly No. 84-2) is a new barley variety selected and mutated from Shanghai Wheat No. 4 by Associate Professor Lv Jingxian of Wheat Research Laboratory in our hospital. 1991 March by Hunan Province Crop Variety Approval Committee approved, and named “Xiangpi 1”, which is our province self-breeding new barley varieties.
