分别用室内盆栽法和田间试验研究了质量分数56%氢氧化铜.烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂(WP)对辣椒疫病的防治效果。室内盆栽测定结果表明,剂量为93.3μg.mL-1时,处理后4-6 d保护效果达83.66%-88.09%;剂量达186.6μg.mL-1时,处理后4-5 d抑病效果达81.31%-83.77%;保护作用需要的剂量约为治疗作用的1/2。田间试验结果表明,剂量280.0μg.mL-1时,生长期用药2次的相对防效大于90.32%;果实期用药1次的相对防效可达75%以上。
The pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to study the control effect of 56% copper hydroxide and dimethomorph wettable powder (WP) on pepper blight. The results of indoor pot experiment showed that the protective effect reached 83.66% -88.09% at the dose of 93.3μg.mL-1 for 4-6 days and that of the control at 4-5 days after the treatment reached 186.6μg.mL-1 Up to 81.31% -83.77%; the dose required for protection is about 1/2 of the therapeutic effect. The results of field trials showed that the relative control efficiency of two times in the growth phase was more than 90.32% at the dose of 280.0μg.mL-1, and the relative control effect of one time in the fruit phase was more than 75%.
