目的对改建CT机房进行机房防护、CT机影像质量现场检测和对放射防护设施及措施核查,从而保护放射工作人员及公众的辐射安全。方法依据国家相关法规、标准并采用现场调查法、检测检验法等进行综合分析,做出定性和定量的评价。结果该机房的设置、总体布局、射线装置、放射防护控制措施等职业病危害因素,符合国家标准要求;但2名放射工作人员均未出示个人剂量监测报告,不符合国家标准要求。结论按本评价建议落实后,该建设项目放射防护控制措施可达竣工要求。
OBJECTIVE To carry out the examination of the engine room protection, the on-site CT image quality inspection and the radiation protection facilities and measures to reconstruct the CT computer room so as to protect the radiation workers and the public from the radiation safety. Methods Based on the relevant national laws and regulations, and using on-the-spot investigation, testing and testing methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis, making qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases such as the setting of the engine room, overall layout, radiation devices and radiation protection control measures met the requirements of the national standards. However, none of the two radiologists reported personal dose monitoring and did not meet the requirements of the national standards. Conclusion According to the evaluation recommendations, the construction project radiation control measures up to the completion requirements.
