以血清铁蛋白(SF)作为测定和判断缺铁性贫血的依据,检测114例贫血患者,检出铁缺乏症39例(34.2%)。其中缺铁性贫血24例,铁缺少期14例,缺铁性红细胞生成期1例。各项贫血指标诊断符合率,血清铁(SI)85%,运铁蛋白饱和度(TS)80%,ST、TS 在缺铁组与非缺铁组间有非常明显差异(P<0.001),两项指标对缺铁诊断有较高特异性。而总铁结合力、血红蛋白、红细胞平均体积在非缺铁组也有相当高的符合率,特异性差。39例
