目的在不同温湿度条件下饲养秃病蚤田鼠亚种,观察其生物学特性,为蚤类的防制提供资料。方法在恒温恒湿条件下,采用成幼分养的方法饲养观察。结果温度在(20.5±1)℃和(22.5±1)℃,相对湿度为(35±3)%时蚤的生长发育终止在1龄幼虫,而在(95±3)%条件下,(20.5±1)℃时生长发育终止在3龄幼虫期,(22.5±1)℃条件下可以完成从卵至成虫的发育,但存活率非常低,仅为8.75%。新羽化蚤饥饿状态下(22.5±1)℃的平均存活时间为11.68d,短于(20.5±1)℃的15.07d。该蚤较适温度为(22.5±1)℃,最适湿度为(75±3)%。结论秃病蚤田鼠亚种的生长发育周期短、成蚤寿命长、繁殖力强。
Objective To cultivate the subspecies of Vitex negundo in different temperature and humidity conditions and observe its biological characteristics to provide information for the prevention and control of fleas. Methods Under the conditions of constant temperature and humidity, the method of rearing and raising was adopted. Results The growth and development of fleas stopped at 1st instar larvae at temperatures of (20.5 ± 1) ℃ and (22.5 ± 1) ℃ and relative humidity of (35 ± 3)%, while at (95 ± 3)%, ± 1) ℃, the growth and development are terminated. In the 3rd instar larval stage, the development from egg to adult can be completed under (22.5 ± 1) ℃, but the survival rate is very low, only 8.75%. The average survival time of fresh eclosion fleas (22.5 ± 1) ℃ was 11.68 days, which was shorter than that of 15.07 days (20.5 ± 1) ℃.
