为提高地下管网信息采集的工作效率,保证管网信息的准确性和现势性,根据地下管网调查测量的业务特点,遵循可靠性、稳定性、界面简洁、高效性、标准化、先进性和可扩展性等原则,本文对地下管网信息采集系统架构、功能进行总体设计。在解决PDA与全站仪之间串口通信、基于Ntrip网络RTK定位、智能控制等关键技术的基础上,基于Mobile GIS成功研制集成GPS/PDA/TS的地下管网信息采集系统,并进行实际工程应用。实践表明,该系统在很大程度上降低了信息的采集出错率,提高了工作效率,实现了管网测量工作内外业一体化作业。
In order to improve the working efficiency of underground pipe network information collection and ensure the accuracy and current situation of pipe network information, according to the business characteristics of underground pipe network survey and measurement, follow the requirements of reliability, stability, conciseness, high efficiency, standardization, Scalability and other principles, this article on the underground pipe network information acquisition system architecture, function of the overall design. Based on the key technology of Ntrip network RTK positioning and intelligent control, it successfully developed the underground pipe network information acquisition system integrating GPS / PDA / TS based on Mobile GIS and carried out practical engineering application. Practice shows that the system greatly reduces the error rate of information collection, improves the work efficiency, and realizes the integrated operation of internal and external pipe network surveying.
