用~(113m)In和γ-心功能仪测定13例正常人右室射血分数为52±7.5%,7例肺心病心功能代偿期右室射血分数为57±3.5%,24例肺心病心功能不全 I°右室射血分数为43±4.3%,12例肺心病心功能不全Ⅱ°右室射血分数为33±7.2%,8例肺心病心功能不全Ⅲ°右室射血分数为28±5.5%,7例肺心病心功能不全极重型右室射血分数为14±2.7%。除代偿期外,其它各组比较均有显著性差异,ρ< 0.05或<0.01。本文提示:γ-心功能仪可以用来估价肺心病患者各期心功能损害情况,对临床肺心病心功能分度有实用参考意义。

This article suggests: γ-cardiac function can be used to estimate heart failure in patients with various stages of pulmonary heart disease, clinical pulmonary heart disease has practical reference significance.
