研究河南产白花前胡的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和ODS柱色谱法分离、纯化,根据质谱、核磁共振等波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个香豆素类化合物,分别为:①白花前胡甲素[(±)praeruptorin A(Pd-Ⅰa)];②伞形花内酯(umbelliferone);③前胡醇[(-)-peucedanol];④6-甲氧基当归素(sphondin);⑤氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin);⑥水化氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin hydrate)。结论:化合物4-6均为首次从白花前胡中分离得到。
Study on the chemical constituents of R. solanaceae collected from Henan Province. Methods: Silica gel and ODS column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic techniques such as mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and physicochemical properties. Results: Six coumarins were isolated and identified as follows: ① praeruptorin A (Pd-Ⅰa)]; umbelliferone; ③ (- ) -peucedanol]; ④ 6-sphondin; ⑤ oxypeucedanin; ⑥ oxypeucedanin hydrate. CONCLUSION: Compounds 4-6 were isolated from P. ramosissima for the first time.
