目的:分析孕中期孕妇血Free-β-HCG水平与巨细胞病毒宫内感染之间的相关性。方法:将2015年1月~2016年9月来我院接受产前检查的50例妊娠中期孕妇作为研究对象,检测研究对象血清中以及羊水中HCMV的感染状况,以血清中HCMV-DNA与(或)HCMV-lgM呈阳性且羊水中HCMV-DNA呈阳性的孕妇为感染组,以血清中HCMV-DNA与(或)HCMV-lgM呈阳性但羊水中HCMV-DNA呈阴性的孕妇为非感染组,检测均呈阴性的健康孕妇为对照组;对所有孕妇进行血Free-β-HCG水平检测,并对其水平与HCMV感染状况的相关性做探究。结果:受检50例孕妇中,血清检测中HCMV-DNA阳性与(或)HCMV-IgM呈阳性的有3例,活动感染率为6%;羊水检测中,HCMVDNA呈阳性的有1例,宫内感染率为2%;对三组孕妇进行血Free-β-HCG水平检测,结果显示,感染组孕妇的血清中平均血Free-β-HCG水平为(7.04±2.02)ng/ml;非感染组孕妇的血清中平均血Free-β-HCG水平为(8.56±3.31)ng/ml;对照组孕妇的血清中平均血Free-β-HCG水平为(11.64±2.22)ng/ml;三组水平对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HCMV宫内感染会导致血Free-β-HCG水平降低。
