一、前言近年来,企业公害是一个重要的社会问题,成为日本全国性的研究课题。其中噪声和振动随着今后技术的进步也成为公害的一个因素。比如现在新建的铁路干线,引擎高速化,各种机械、车辆等轻量化,因此,必然会产生噪声和部件的振动疲劳。为了解决这些问题,包括积极利用声音和振动的技术领域在内,都希望噪声(振动)控制技术取得进步。
I. Introduction In recent years, corporate pollution has become an important social issue and has become a national research topic in Japan. One of the factors of public hazard is the noise and vibration as the technology advances in the future. For example, now the new railway lines, high-speed engines, all kinds of machinery, vehicles and other lightweight, therefore, will inevitably produce noise and vibration components fatigue. In order to address these issues, including the active use of sound and vibration technology, progress has been made in noise (vibration) control technology.
