本文采用笔者新近合成的新有机试剂2-(5-溴-2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-TADAP)作显色剂,在表面活性剂OP存在下,与痕量铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)在最佳条件下形成有色三元胶束增溶配合物。用CPA-矩阵法和共轭梯度法(CG)同时计算分光光度测定三组分含量,前者取得了满意的结果。对两种计算方法进行了比较和讨论。在处理吸收光谱相似的多组分体系时,从所测结果的准确度和精密度看,CPA优于CG。
In this paper, the author recently synthesized a new organic reagent 2- (5-bromo-2-thiazolylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-TADAP) as a developer, in the presence of surfactant OP, and Trace copper (Ⅱ), cobalt (Ⅱ) and nickel (Ⅱ) formed colored ternary micellar solubilization complexes under the optimal conditions. The CPA-matrix method and the conjugate gradient method (CG) were used to calculate the content of the three components simultaneously. The former achieved satisfactory results. The two methods of calculation are compared and discussed. When dealing with multi-component systems with similar absorption spectra, CPA is superior to CG in terms of the accuracy and precision of the measured results.
