目的：比较氟哌啶醇与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月—2015年3月徐州精神病院收治的精神分裂症患者72例，随机分为氟哌啶醇组与奥氮平组，各36例。氟哌啶醇组患者给予口服氟哌啶醇治疗，奥氮平组给予口服奥氮平治疗，比较两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表（ PANSS）评分、血脂〔三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL - C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL - C）〕水平、精神疾病生存质量表（WHOQOL - BREF）评分及药物不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前后精神分裂症阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者精神分裂症阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者 TG、TC、HDL - C、LDL- C 比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后氟哌啶醇组 TG、TC、LDL - C 低于奥氮平组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者生理领域、心理状态、社会关系与环境因素评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后6个月氟哌啶醇组生理领域、心理状态、社会关系与环境因素评分高于奥氮平组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论氟哌啶醇与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效相当，均能改善患者临床症状，但氟哌啶醇对患者的血脂水平影响较小，患者远期预后更佳。“,”Objective To compare clinical efficacy of haloperidol and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 in Xuzhou Mental Hospital 72 patients with schizophrenia were admitted and ran-domly divided into haloperidol group and olanzapine group,36 cases in each group. Results Before and after treatment,positive symptoms of schizophrenia,negative symp-toms,general psychopathology score and total score between the two groups showed no statistically significant(P > 0. 05);after treatment,positive symptoms of schizophrenia,negative symptoms two groups of patients,former general psychopathology score and total score of two groups were lower than before treatment(P 0. 05);after treatment TG,TC,LDL - C of haloperidol group were lower than olanzapine group( P 0. 05);after treatment for six months,field physiological,psychological status,social relations and the environment factor score of haloperidol group were higher than olanzapine group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Haloperidol and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia have same effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,but haloperidol has less impact on blood lipid levels of patients,long - term prognosis of patients is better.
