肛肠手术多为开放性创口,愈合缓慢、疼痛较重,每次换药及排便均加重创口疼痛。1997年9月～2004年5月,我院共行肛肠手术120例,换药时全部外涂湿润烧伤膏(MEBO),它既可促进创口早期愈合,又可减轻疼痛,报告如下:1临床资料本组共120例,男66例,女54例;年龄1岁以内3例(2.5%),8～35岁7
Anorectal surgery mostly open wounds, healing slow, severe pain, dressing and defecation are each time to increase wound pain. From September 1997 to May 2004, 120 cases of anorectal surgery were performed in our hospital. MEBO was applied during dressing change.
