目的 :用HPLC法测定克林霉素搽剂的含量。方法 :C18色谱柱 ,以磷酸二氢铵溶液 (pH3.0 ) -甲醇 (2 10 :30 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 14nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .2~ 2 .0mg·ml-1,回归方程Y =9.117× 10 5X +3.10 2× 10 4(r =0 .9999,n =5 )。回收率为 99.7% ,RSD =1.0 2 %。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To determine the content of clindamycin liniment by HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase was C18 column with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 3.0) - methanol (2 10: 30 0) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 2 14nm. Results: The linear range was 0.2-2.0 mg · ml -1, and the regression equation was Y = 9.117 × 10 5X +3.10 2 × 10 4 (r = 0.9999, n = 5). The recovery was 99.7% with RSD = 1.0 2%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
